- Door steel panels are guaranteed for 5 years against major deformations such as sagging, swelling, twisting and perforating due to rust.
- In the case of a Thermos sold alone, the warranty does not cover thermal damage and the thermos is guaranteed for 10 years against fogging.
- Thermal break : Abritek Windows & Doors will replace and install the sealed units in its windows and patios for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Thermos installed by anyone other than a member of the Abritek Doors & Windows staff will not be guaranteed against thermal damage.
- Fog resulting from a lack of tightness : Clear glass = 10 years// Glass E+Gas = 20 years. Abritek Doors and Windows will provide the sealed unit upon presentation of the defective unit accompanied by its invoice or order form. Installation costs (more than 12 months) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Painted interior hardware is not guaranteed to chip and discolor.
- Corrosion is not covered on regular hinges or plated only.
- 10-year limited warranty on hybrid patio doors. From the date of invoice, a 10-year warranty applies to aluminum extrusions (on the adhesion, splitting and peeling of paint on the profiles). A 5-year warranty applies to excessive and non-uniform gloss changes. For the next 5 years, if necessary, paint will be provided and labor not included.
- The replaced components, covered by the warranty, will remain guaranteed until the end of the initial term. If a component is discontinued, it will be replaced by an equivalent.
- For the warranty to be honored, all requests must be accompanied by the invoice or order form.
- MANAGEMENT FEES may apply for guaranteed thermos returns or replacements (10 years and more only)
